The Red Shed Details

There’s plenty of space inside, and an extra shed outside for the freezer (ice provided) muddy boots or anything you don’t want to take into the living quarters. A wood-burning stove will keep you cosy in cooler months, in fact it’s positively roasting! When the sun shines there are lovely walks to be had, good cycling locally, and plenty of history in beautiful Bury St Edmunds and Lavenham.

The kitchen is small but perfectly formed, with seating for four. Fresh eggs (when laying!) from the my pet hens, homemade biscuits, milk, sparkling water, a vase of flowers from the garden in spring and summer, plus a decanter of whisky for your nightcap. If you’re staying for a week I’ll provide bread from our local artisan bakery, ‘The Friendly Loaf’. Your bed is Kingsize with a wrought iron base, feather duvet and pillows, with linen/cotton covers. There are coat hangers and pegs for your hanging clothes, plus a chest of drawers for everything else!
